What should I expect for my first visit?
Expect a dialogue between the two of us that will help me understand your health concerns and goals. I want to hear your whole health history, beginning from conception and leading me until this very moment. My job is to assess your body's current terrain and where the healing needs to occur. From there, I will formulate your individulaized treatment plan using naturopathic and chinese medicine tools to initiate the healing process and get you where you want to be. Whole. Healthy. Vital. Thriving.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours notice before an appointment cancellation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
Who will you accept as a patient?
I work with all people and patients of all ages!
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly, but I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. It is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance coverage.
Do you offer a sliding scale program?
Yes I do! I have a sliding scale program for a limited number of patients per month who are truly in need. Determination of need is at the sole descretion of the clinic. If this is something that you need assistance with, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept cash, check, credit, debit, and HSA cards?
Absolutely. I accept all of the payment methods listed above.
What are your appointment rates?
Initial consultations are $250 for 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments are $155 for 45 minutes.
Can I have a Naturopathic Medicine consultation and Acupuncture treatment in the same appointment?
Of course! I want to hear how you are doing, so I can tweak your treatment plan. Afterwards, you will have more than enough time to receive an acupuncture treatment.
